That's why SkillMzansi has launched the Free Employability Bootcamp—a practical, WhatsApp-based programme designed to help you become more confident and better prepared for today's job market.
Our Founding Cohort begins on Monday, 20 July 2026, and applications are now open.
What is the SkillMzansi Employability Bootcamp?
The Employability Bootcamp is a free, six-day learning experience delivered entirely through WhatsApp.
From Monday to Saturday, you'll receive practical guidance, complete daily activities and receive personalised feedback designed to improve your job readiness.
There are no live sessions, allowing you to participate at a time that works best for you.
This isn't about theory. It's about giving you practical tools you can use immediately to improve your job applications and present yourself more professionally.
Who Can Join?
The Bootcamp is open to:
High school learners preparing for the world of work
School leavers
TVET College students
University students
Recent graduates
Anyone currently looking for employment or wanting to improve their job readiness
To participate, you'll need:
A WhatsApp account
Enough data or internet access to complete the daily activities
A commitment to participate throughout the week

Whether you're creating one from scratch or improving an existing CV, we'll help you build a professional, ATS-friendly CV that better represents your skills and experiences.
Understand Your Personal Brand
Your CV tells employers one story.
Your digital presence tells another.
We'll explore why your online presence matters, what employers may see when they search your name, and how to begin building a personal brand that makes you easier to discover and easier to trust.
Learn How LinkedIn Supports Your Career
LinkedIn is more than another social media platform.
You'll learn what LinkedIn is, why employers and recruiters use it, and how it can become a valuable tool in your career journey.
We'll also point you towards trusted resources that will help you build your profile with confidence.
How the Bootcamp Works
To ensure every participant receives meaningful support, each Bootcamp cohort is limited to approximately 10 participants.
Our Founding Cohort begins on 20 July 2026.
If applications exceed the available spaces, you'll automatically be placed into the next available cohort on a first-come, first-served basis.
New cohorts begin every Monday, giving more people the opportunity to participate throughout the year.

The SkillMzansi Employability Bootcamp was created to help change that.
Over one week, I'll help you better understand what employers are looking for, strengthen the way you present yourself professionally and equip you with practical tools you can continue using long after the Bootcamp ends.
